We maintain an ethical responsibility to protect our customer base, both vendors and personal users alike, from rapidly increasing risks like card fraud by ensuring all our platforms and services operate with multiple forms of added security such as data encryption.

Economically we feel we have a responsibility to put you, our users, first. We want to put the safety and speed of all transactions taking place on our platform first, rather than prioritising our own profit. This means that we apply a fixed rate of only 0.5% against the total of all merchant transactions, 75-80% less compared to other companies in the market.

Alongside this, we also place a high value on our environmental responsibility. Dealing exclusively through our Mobile or Web App, KodenPay does not issue you a physical card when you sign up for our services which not only mitigates the risk of card fraud but simultaneously means we do not partake in a negative contribution to the environment by mass producing physical plastic cards.
